The location of this apartment is unbeatable, with easy access to Covent Garden, Piccadilly, and various entertainment options. the apartment itself was clean and had all the basic necessities, including a comfortable bed and pillows. Collecting the property key was a breeze once we received the instructions. the value for money is excellent considering the prime location.

We stayed for 1 night and liked our stay. Hosts were amicable, even gave us room on the highest level. It was perfect easy to have entertainment.

The apartment was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was unbeatable, with easy access to bus hubs and underground stations. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our own meals with ingredients we bought from nearby markets and bakeries.
Communication with customer service was difficult and often contradictory. We also experienced issues with the heating and hot water, which took several days to resolve.
